Got a great deal on this chair. Sat in about 10 chairs before deciding on this one. Assembly was well documented and the parts were easily identified. Needed a second person to help when attaching the back to the arms. It is very comfortable and being able to flip up the arms.

The chair arrived quickly is comortable and good for my height but the left arm rest is significantly looser than the right one. I had to shove a piece if paper in between the chair and the connector to the arm rest
