The chairs are fine so far. I am sure they will do the job over time. Your instructions were lousy. I suspect they were written by someone who uses English as a second language. Also the font size is way too small for most people. One final comment: If you expect customers to have a box to put the chair on to assemble it provide one!

Great chair very easy to put together (holes lined up perfectly) and the part I like best is the chair keeps you sitting up straight. The tall back fits my 6'2" frame very well. I would highly recommend this chair.

This is a great chair for the money. You have a vertical adjustment by using the hand bar below the chair. You have a tilt feature by using the rotating knob under the chair which means you have to get out of the chair to reach and adjust.The arm rests pivot out of the way if you choose not to use them. The only issue is there is still a portion that sticks out past the backrest which can be a nuance.Rolls easily on carpet and is a comfort to set in.
