Love this chair. It is comfortable especially with it's lumbar support. It helps me sit up straight and helps give my lower back the support it needs. The larger wheels help it roll better on both carpet and my floor mat. I would buy this again.

This chair appears to be well made and for me the flip-up arms were a definite plus. The screws that accompany it are color coded and numbered. My only issue is though there are pictures in the instruction booklet showing the steps i think that a few more written instructions would clarify the process especially around step 4. If you are assembling the chair without help I recommend attaching the armrest brackets to the seat first. Then you only have the back to lineup instead of both pieces at the same time. No problems otherwise.
