The material has a nice feel to it. It is comfortable to sit in and is a nice looking chair that rolls quietly on tile floors. The seat could be a few inches longer and the headrest cushion could be shorter as it hits across my shoulder blades. All in all it’s a pretty comfortable chair and it was a Christmas gift from a dear friend. I love it. 😊

I love this chair. It is exactly what I had hoped for and would recommend it. I only gave it 4 stars because of the assembly. I had my boss help me put it together...he's done quite a few them. We expected it to take us an hour at the max. Everything went together well until you have to attach the arms to bottom...one hole just wouldn't align properly. We ended up starting all over again with that hole first and it still was a struggle. The same thing happened on attaching the seat to the back...of course on the other side. Frustrating to say the least. It took us almost 3 hours. And Yes...I did read the reviews about the stuffing getting caught up in the screws and had made sure that wasn't the problem. Our issue was some sort of epoxy glue in the shaft itself gumming up the threads.
