After weeks of searching I finally found a chair that fits me and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I am normal build and weight and my biggest complaint is that chairs don't have any support against my lower back. It chair does not have a lot of fancy adjustments: just does go up and down and tilts. The arms tilt up and down so that it slides neatly under the desk without sticking out; a feature that I wasn't crazy then but appreciate now Setup was simple. Instructions were detailed and the parts were very nicely packaged and labeled by each step in the manual so there was minimal head scratching. They also provide a couple of extra screws and washers just in case you lose one in the process. The only thing that was negative was that it was delivered by a well known third-party courier and the box saw some rough treatment such that one of the feet stuck out and and had the paint worn off. Fortunately it is not noticeable when set up. My recommendation is to buy it at the store (which I tried to do but they were sold out) or have it delivered to the store so that you can inspect the box prior to accepting delivery. Bottom line is that I would recommend this chair to anyone for whom it fits and I would buy it again.

Chair is firm and comfortable arm rests rotate out of the the way to allow you closer to the desk Head rest needs to be a little taller.
