Arms and back support are very comfortable. Seat cushion isn't deep enough so it gets uncomfortable after an hour or so.

This chair is extremely comfortable and offers great support. I liked the price (used a coupon and took advantage of a sale). I switched out the plastic castors that came with the chair for higher end (rollerblade type) wheels. Better movement of the chair and eliminates the need to have anything between the chair and floor. My only complaint about this chair is the plastic pieces that are inserted to cover the screws on the arms continued to literally pop out of chair. I gave up after a few days and tossed them out. The chair looks just fine without them.

Good quality and very comfortable. Between my son using it for school at home and my wife using it for working at home I rarely get a chance to sit in this chair. She also intends to take it to her office to use when the quarantine is over. I may need to purchase another.
