Really like that the arms fold up to save space and has the most padded feeling of any of the chairs I tried out in the Staples Stores (although there were many close seconds).
In addition to being comfortable and easy rolling it was easy to put together. To me the cloth in the center of the seat and seat back keeps the back side drier.
The chair is comfortable. It was difficult to assemble because the back and seat had to be tugged on to get the screw holes to line up when putting on the arm rests. I wanted to leave off the arm rests but learned that they actually hold the seat and back together so that was not an option. Also the right arm rest is one full inch higher than the left arm rest. I've measured it in several places and cannot understand why. When I measure the highest point on each arm rest from the floor I get a 1 inch difference. I can also feel the height difference when I put my forearms on the armrests. But at least the armrests can be folded back so they are not in the way. Otherwise it's a pretty good chair. I bought it because it was about half price. So I'll keep it.

I don't often send reviews and I never click 5 stars but this chair is what I hoped it would be and more...so far. Hopefully it won't get squeaky anytime in the near future but so far I love the material the way it rolls the arms that can be raised and pretty much everything about it. Very easy and quick to assemble with great packaging. Great size not to big and bulky. Fits in my office great. Looks good too. More modern looking but not to much so. Much nicer than the big bulky chairs I've had before. Very happy with it.
