This chair is well made and looks expensive BUT the seat is hard. It certainly could use some padding/cushioning. Was okay for about 5-10 minutes and then it became irritating. Sorry that I had to return it.

Meets what was looking for. A few of the small "bolt covers" that hide the bolts that hold seat and back to arms fall out when you sit (likely flex the seat and loosen them) but just an aesthetic issue. Chair works fine

We picked this chair after sitting in 10 others some much more pricey because it was THE MOST COMFORTABLE chair for working at a desk or computer. It has great lower back support arm rests can be moved up and down and it wheels easily. We have used this chair many hours a day for 7 months now and we are very glad we made this purchase.

It appears to be a good chair. Being short I should have taken more time to sit in it at the store. After buying it and putting it together it seems that the seat is much deeper then I thought.
