This is a comfortable chair. Bought online solely from reviews. Have always gone to store to sit in chairs for past purchases. Pretty darn pleased given the fact I did not try out chair in store. Love that the arms raise up out of the way. You can push chair up close to table or desk without arms hitting. Easy to assemble. Chair works as described. Other reviewers mentioned the seat being firm and it is. There is extra padding toward the front of the seat for under legs so that may be why the seat area feels so firm. However it’s still a very comfortable chair even for a heavier person.

Love this chair! Needed something that was more comfortable while sitting at a computer for 10 hours a day. The instructions and parts were by far the most concise and easiest I've ever used while putting it together by myself.
