This chair ended up costing around $200 which included a protection package which I don't usually buy but opted for in this case. The whole check out process was weird because the chair was about $160 but by the time the protection package which was about $20 and tax was added I paid around $210. The chair is comfortable and I have to sit in it for 8-10 hours a day. It provides ok back support but if you need lumbar support I would advise considering purchasing one of those lumbar support cushions. The chair was advertised as having adjustable arms which to me implies that the arms can be set at different heights by pushing a button and pulling the arm up or down. This chair's arms "adjust" by being either down in the usual position or swung up entirely away so you now have an "armless" chair. I think calling that "adjustable" is not within anyone's expectation except maybe the person who writes the ad copy for this chair. THIS CHAIR DOES NOT ADJUST VERTICALLY AT ALL.
I am having trouble getting ahold of staples and just want a comfortable chair. Was sent this as replacement and this is worse than the first chair. I am really hoping maybe me leavin a review will speed things along to get some help. This is frustrating :-(
It is a tad bit difficult to assemble (the arms are what hold the seat and back together) getting the two to stay together and attaching the arms is the hard part. But once it’s done it looks nice and feels nice. The instructions were pretty basic and the hardware was clearly marked in individual pouches which was nice. I’d recommend it to anyone who is working from home and needs a chair to last a full 8-10 hour workday.
