The seat on this chair after just a few weeks is down to the hard material under the so called cushion surface. Feel like i am sitting on a hard wooden seat. Terrible. I have been burned before with Staples office chairs so this one is on me!

This is a great comfortable and well priced chair. I specifically love that the arms flip up so you can save space and push it all the way under the desk. HOWEVER the assembly was a nightmare! The pre-drilled holes are off just enough to be a problem. Even if you have someone else holding the piece in place. The instructions were not difficult but the execution took some real maneuvering. And in the end I still have one arm that is good enough but not perfect.
