First of all I did a store pick-up and it was ready within 15 minutes of checking out online. Went to the store and they brought it right out to my car! Awesome service. The chair itself is really nice. A little difficult to put together on your own but manageable. Once assembled the chair is very sturdy and very comfortable. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and been sitting in it for many hours a day. For the price you really can’t beat it! Also the most important feature for me personally was the flip up arms. I’m a musician and play guitar so being able to flip those arms up while I’m recording and practicing is really nice. VERY pleased with this product! 100% would recommend.

I won't buy any expensive items unless I check it out therefore I walked into one of Staples stores in Brooklyn NY to choose a comfortable manager's chair.Out of all of them I liked this one mainly for its excellent seat positions the "grip" of my shoulders as well as the fact that the arms are up-foldable.I had no doubt that this chair was made especially for me!

Big cushion in front puts pressure on upper legs. fabric seat causes extra friction when moving around in seat. Chair gets uncomfortable for me after a few hours.
