the up and down adjustment on the office chair will only rise a very little so this chair for office work is no good for me I am sitting to low. I never had this problem with any other chair that I got for doing my business office work....will need to get a new one

Went to assemble this chair and the holes that secure the backrest to the seat via the arm rests do not line up. Could not assemble. Very disappointed after all the trouble I went through to unpackage and repackage for return.
