The chair is comfortable and we did get it on a deep discount. However the process of putting it together was very difficult (and I have put many office chairs together). One screw will not stay in - the threads were shredded (I believe) before we received the chair. Overall it is a comfortable seat and has movable arm rests which I wanted. I am hopeful it will not completely fall apart soon...

Compared to my last chair this chair is comfortable. My only concern the resistance when it comes to bounce back and forth the resistance is very tight. It feels like no flexibility. You know if you would like to rail back in the chair it's tight. It is good for an amb workout (lol).
