Bought this only by reading other reviews and they were spot on. Firm but comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

The chair is comfortable but it was a little bit of a struggle to assemble because the screws simply wouldn't go in with any ease. I actually put 2 of them together and struggled with both. Seemed as though the threads just didn't line up properly.

I love how high the back comes up and makes it much easier to sit at my desk all day. I wasn't planning on buying a new chair but when I sat on it I had to have it. I also like that the arms fold back so i can get closer to my desk if I need or want to

With working-from-home being the norm now I bought this chair for my 6’ 4” tall husband and it fits him very well. It is sturdy and stylish - the neck support is good but not in the way and the extra padding on the seat (right under where the hamstrings hit) will be comfortable and healthy for posture. He especially appreciate that although this chair is primarily (bonded) leather portions of the seat and back are covered in a fabric that will be more breathable.
