Pretty comfortable and looks stylish. I like the gray color. The lumbar support feels great on my back and I can sit in comfort for a long period of time. It looks great with my desk and makes my office looks very professional. Installation took less than 30 minutes pretty basic instructions.

The holes on each side of the chair were not lined up correctly. This caused the back of the chair to be off center. Definitely returned!!!
