This chair has everything i need. Right arm height lowered height lets my feet touch the floor. It could use a head rest but I will buy that separate. Great back support. seat is not too soft or too hard.

I work as a Speech Language Pathologist and with covid19 need a chair that supports my back for all the zoom platforms. The chair was easy to put together in 30 minutes. It works well and has ample padding in the seat and forms to the back for support. I gave it 4 stars because the price was wonderful I can sit in it for hours and it can go low for the therapy table.
