Generally just fine but the seatback should be more vertical for a desk chair. This isn't an issue of the reclining feature its the angle between the seat and seatback. Feels a bit like a lounge chair but generally suitable.

It's ok you tend to sit forward rather than back and does not lean back enough the seat and back are soft and comfortable.

Easy to assemble and seems solid. Instructions said to start bolts by hand but those in the recessed areas needed to be started with the provided wrench. Test of time will determine if it merits 5-stars.
