Please note this is a part that is pre-assembled (I did not put the padding on the arm rest support). I am not sure if it is a factory issue or if I just got a defective one BUT the arm pad completely ripped off of the arm rest support within a month of purchase. I am well below the weight threshold and only use it for about 2-3 hours at night when gaming - very light use. I am quite dissatisfied with my purchase to say the least. I do not recommend this product.

Arm rest screws broken are a fews months of daily use.

I work from home and had this chair for a couple of months before the arm screws into the chair started to come out. The cheap plastic chair seat bolts doesn’t withstand the test of time. I would proceed with caution before spending about $300 on this chair.

So far my chair has brought me great pleasure when in my home office. I'm comfortable and no longer fighting with the hydraulics each time I stand from the chair or while i'm sitting in it.. I so very happy I brought it.

You Get What You Pay For

I went to the store and tried several chairs. This one was comfortable and a decent price so I ordered it. It was easy to put together so that adds a star. It doesn't feel like the one in the store. The seat is much harder and it DOES NOT RECLINE unless you are 500 lbs. I got rid of a chair that was beat up thinking this would be better. I'd rather have my old chair back. Spend your money on better quality.
