This chair is nice looking well padded and comfortable. However there is some sort of flaw in the connection between the wheelbase and the chair. It cracks pops and snaps after a few months of use. I purchased this chair for another person and their chair did the exact same thing and then the back snapped completely off! Mine popped loudly if I moved at all while sitting. Staples replaced it and the replacement did the exact same thing after a few months. It has a 7 year warranty but the chair lasts about 7 months.

Very comfortable. The only think I didn't like was that Staples had send me a 15% off coupon and I went to use it at the store I was told it was only for online purchases. When I inquired into purchasing it online the price was higher.
