The directions for attaching the arms to the back seemed to point to one opening but in reality a nearby one was apparently intended. Took about half and hour to figure that out. Other than that assembly went smoothly and the chair is comfortable.
The chair is very comfortable and the quality is is quite good for the cost. I had my original chair for approximately 10 years and it is still in good condition. If this one lasts that long that would be great. Both chairs were purchased at Staples.
Wow! This is the most comfortable chair of ever been and so worth the money. This chair does not hurt my butt anymore. It was a little pain to get together and took us about an hour and a half but pain is gain
This chair was pretty simple to put together however it seems the back is slightly crooked compared to the seat. I tried installing the arms 3 more times and it didn’t matter. (No one would Probably notice but me). It’s comfortable HOWEVER it doesn’t sit upright all the way. It leans back slightly. Even when you lock the tilt the chair still moves a couple inches at least. If you plan to use this to relax back in more it’s not an issue. For me I’m going to have to get a lower lumbar support pillow. I’m 5’8” btw and the height of the chair is amazing. At the highest my feet are on my tip toes. So I do have to lower it. Never had that happen before. lol
This was my best buy as a chair to use at my work place - for reading or for my assignments on my computer each day. Quality and Comfort - the tops in both areas when you purchase your needs from Staples - 5 STARS
