I'm a practice manager for a doctor's office and I work many hours. I needed a chair that was good for my back. This chair is so comfortable after sitting for a long time my back doesn't hurt. I love it.

This chair is stylish well constructed and comfortable. If you need a manager chair for interviewing people talking on the phone etc this is a good choice. If you need to do a lot of typing and mousing because you are a writer coder graphic artist etc get a task chair. This one doesn't have good back support for an upright posture and the arms interfere with typing. Regarding the assembly procedure: they tell you to put the castors on first. They should go on last otherwise the chair will roll around as you try to attach the back which is difficult enough when the chair stays in one place.

While it certainly looks pretty it is just too difficult to put together and compared to other chairs that Staples sells. Literally I got injured putting it together. Terrible experience. Probably will get hurt sitting in it...definitely do not purchase this chair.
