The chair was great. Paid extra to have it assembled but wasn't told I would have to set that up. Tried for ours to reach them even had Stapkes try and was told it would be a week. Canceled that.

This chair was one of the hardest chair to put together. Putting the seat and the back together was not a one person job. It is so confusing and very time consuming. Do not buy unless you like complicated instructions

Lasted only six months

Six months after purchase the chair suddenly sunk to it's lowest height. The gas/pneumatic cylinder is done. I can raise the chair but it instantly sinks all the way down. The chair is weighted up to 275 lbs I weigh 145 lbs. I sit in this chair only a couple times a week for approximately two hours. This was a total waste of money.
