The chair seems to be reasonably well-made and is easy to assemble. It is comfortable and has good adjustment range. The seat bottom cushion is about 2 inches shorter than my old chair. If you like to pull your legs / feet up into the chair it can be a little cramped. Good value.

Gorgeous... but...

This chair is beautiful but I am going to return it. It learns toward the front too much (and there is no way to rectify the issue) it looks amazingly plush but it is hard on the tush. It actually hurts my lower back to sit on it. Sadly I really wanted to love it (and it looks luxurious and amazing in person) but it is way too uncomfortable. This is the first Staples chair that I have ever ordered (out of at least 100s for the company) that is awful. I am sorry for the negative review but I wanted to be truthful.

The chair was delivered when I open the box there was no instructions or hardware in the box. I call Stables and told them that no hardware and instructions were in the box and they said no problem that they will ship them out to me and told me it will take a week I received them in three days. The chair was really easy to put together and no problems with it.I am very happy with it
