Very comfortable. My cat loves the padded arm for a pillow. Hint for assembly: leave arm brackets very loosely attached until after attaching the back. Then tighten everything.

The directions for attaching the arms to the back seemed to point to one opening but in reality a nearby one was apparently intended. Took about half and hour to figure that out. Other than that assembly went smoothly and the chair is comfortable.
