Very well made. All hardware was in individually wrapped labeled packages making it much easier to put together. One out of the four we opurchased was defective which was exchanged at the nearest store without hesitation.

It's just about a week since I purchased this priduct. But so far so good. Nothing much to comment on quality and performance yet since it's too early. But after purchasing when trying to assemble thus chair most of the things were fine simple and easy. But the back rest - seat assembly is the trickiest part. It's somewhat cumbersome to put it in place secured correctly tighten and screw it up properly is a real task given the size (length) of the screws. Even when one side could be managed with less trouble the other side becomes very critucal or else it would be crooked and the very purpose would not be served. It could be definitely easier. And their asking installation at home at around $100 is ridiculous. $14.99 @ stores is also not only high but inconvenient to bring home after assembly.

The chair was easy to assemble and is really comfortable. It has helped with my back pain that I experienced with my previous chair so it’s definitely served its purpose. Can’t comment on how it will hold up over time as it’s only been two weeks but so far so good!

While putting together none of the screws would tight in up. When you sit in it there is a lot of flex because nothing is tight. The worse quality desk chair I have ever bought and i have had many. Will never buy again.
