The gas lift for the chair doesn't work. Called manufacturer for a replacement but will not receive one for 8 weeks. It is on back order.

chair is easy to assemble and very comfortable.. you can lean back in it and put your feet up to study read or even relax! great chair comes with everything you need to put it together. since it’s not a huge investment great to leave if you’re motile..

I first saw this Mcallum chair in my local Staples store and tried out it and most of the other chairs on display and I went to buy this one because it is so comfortable but the store was out of stock. The clerk said I should order it online and I did and it was much cheaper than the sale price in the store! It was easy to assemble and took about 30-45 minutes. I highly recommend this chair. Great quality.

Looks and feels comfortable. I would give it five stars except for the fact that 2 screws on the bottom of the chair are loose and cannot be fully tightened.
