1. Smelled so bad and so strongly of chemicals it physically made me sick while I was putting it together. I got a tremendous headache and became very nauseated. If you buy this chair before putting it together lay out all the pieces in another room a few days in advance to let it air out. After about 3-4 days the smell went away. 2. The chair will not hold it's position so every time I raise the chair up to the height it needs to be if I get up from my desk for a few minutes when I come back and sit down the height changes and it drops down 1-2 inches lower than I had it set. So every single time I get up for a moment I have to reset the height when I return to my desk. That gets old very fast! 3. The knob underneath the chair that controls the tilt of the chair will not budge. It will not move so I have been unable to tighten that up. Will be returning this chair which makes me really sad since it took a long time to assemble.
