I only have one complaint and that was step 3 or 4 of the building instruction. It was unclear as to where the swivel junction faces. There was only two options (front or back) but 4 screws later I figured it was the other way. Other than that the chair came looking great and is very comfortable.

I bought this for my husband who spends hours on the computer doing work or gaming. He says it's comfortable and would give it 5 stars. It's a very nice looking chair too it's nice to have a different color than the usual ones you see. I put it together myself was pretty easy to do.

it's a comfortable chair but it took 2 people to assemble it after several tries. The raise-lower handle has the smooth grip side backwards.
