I purchased this chair just over a year ago because it seemed to have decent reviews overall. It is very comfortable however the setting to keep the chair from reclining *never* remains in place so I am constantly reclining when I don't want to be and recently it started to sink gradually over the course of an hour. I will set it at the highest setting and within half an hour or so my legs will be extended again or my knees will be tucked up under the chair without my realizing it's because the chair has sunken AGAIN. Very disappointing.

The chair is very comfortable and nice overall. However the arms are not made of the best quality plastic and aren’t height adjustable so they do not fit under my desk with a keyboard tray which was very disappointing.

This chair is poorly made with very cheap parts. I am not over the weight limit of the chair and the whole base metal broke now my chair leans. I wont get a replacement for about 30 days.. Thanks with leaving me with no chair for a month!
