I have had this chair for about 13 months now. It is simple to assemble and comfy for all-day sitting. Over time the plastic side assembly that holds the back and bottom together has not held up well to my constant leaning back and has bent. I'm about 260 lbs. and admittedly slouch a lot putting more pressure on the back than I should. I have the same chair for my assistant who is much smaller and she loves it. If you aren't as big as I and have better posture this is a wonderful chair for the money.

Chair is of excellent quality good lumbar support though not adjustable. Casters are quiet and the chair as well which is needed so that my wife can sleep in on the mornings that I arise earlier than her. At present chair is a good investment and only time will tell if the chair will exceed my expectations in the long run. The only concern that I have is that the lever actuating the gas shock is not spring loaded but hanging loose but that in itself is not a game changer.

Staples has done a great job with the packaging and installation instructions - I was quiet impressed with the value of the product - I would expect to pay lot more for similar quality. Very comfortable to seat and I feel my legs and back have full support! I highly recommended this.
