I went to lift the chair seat up and while holding onto the arm the leather arm piece separated from the arm frame. It was attached by a plastic connector which broke inside the leather arm piece. I had it only 1 1/2 months

It was super easy to put together. Ultra comfy and fluffy. My only wish was that it would recline more. I have another office chair it reclines where you think you're falling. This recline is very abrupt and at an awkward spot. Other than that love it.
