doesn't roll smoothly seat tilts forward seat is very deep hard to get back enough however it does sit very good once you get in it just wish I had sat in it before buying I would not have got this one it is not what I need. I roll about two feet from desk to desk and wheels drags hard to roll

Not only is sales associate "Laura" a very competent and personable employee but she guided me to a fantastic office chair. The quality of the Mcallum chair parallels and exceeds many other brands which are significantly more expensive. The next day delivery was great. Assembly instructions were a bit vague & arm rests were slightly awkward to install. Nevertheless I'm well satisfied with my purchase.
