Only 2 weeks in use! Arm broke...Cant use chair. :(

We used chair for 2 weeks only! ..This chair was for my son's desk for Christmas.. he takes classes on line and spends a lot of time at his desk. Unfortunately its only January 10th 2019 and the chair is no longer usable. The arms of this chair are attached with screws to a board made of glued together wood chips. This is what gives this chair its support. The left arm of the chair broke through the board under the seat where it is attached. When I tried to put the screw back in the board just crumbles away.

Purchased this chair at Christmas so have only had it for a few weeks. This chair was easy to put together and is well made. Very comfortable. Very good value for the present discounted price. Would have given it a 5 star rating but waiting to see how it holds up after a few years. At this time I would purchase another one.
