This is the first office chair that I have purchased in the last 15 years that is hard to put together and has come loose at the arm level with the back. The upper screws do not fit properly nor tighten up and the lower screws are coming loose. Not happy with chair. It needs to be replaced or a tech come repair free or bring replaced and put together.

Pretty easy to put together. Very comfortable. I had a bit of a problem with the lean-back mechanism at first but it's working perfectly now. I've only had it a few days. Ask me again in 6 months.
