Started using the chair on Dec 05 (yes I remember because I put it together the day I moved in to my new place). Yesterday Jan 20 the front part of the arm rest is off from the ring. I don't understand why this is broken in less than 2 months now I can't even return/exchange it. You have to salute this kind of spirit with all the technological advancement made in today they still refuse to understand how to make a chair.

Very comfortable. I spend about 4-5 hours/day with my computer and this chair is much more comfortable than my last one. Mostly easy to put together but you need a second pair of hands a few times to help
