This chair will make you a better person because it will improve your posture. When you sit in it...it's like you're sitting on a cloud. I read the reviews before I purchased it and some people had slight difficulty with the instructions. The assembly pictures were not clear on which holes to use but with a little common sense it doesn't take long and is relatively easy to assemble. It's very sturdy. It was delivered the next day in a big box with a picture of it right on the box. It was easy to remove the pieces and packaged clearly labeled for assembly. I went into the store and sat in all the display models. Then I thought about it and ordered it online. I am very pleased with my purchase.
