Faulty craftsmanship

The holes on each side of the chair were not lined up correctly. This caused the back of the chair to be off center. Definitely returned!!!

Wonderful chair with plush seat back. Armrests done with padding and leather overall great purchase. It being on sale helped as well. I would buy again. Oh and real easy to put together.

MISSING A KEY FEATURE

The chair is very comfortable and it tilts backward to many different angles but it doesn't tilt forward. For someone who often leans forward while sitting at my desk my back does not rest on the chair.

It is a very nice chair. However putting it together was more challenging than I thought it would be. I think the instructions on how to assemble the arms should be made clearer. For example does left mean from rear or front of seat.
