This chair will make you a better person because it will improve your posture. When you sit in it...it's like you're sitting on a cloud. I read the reviews before I purchased it and some people had slight difficulty with the instructions. The assembly pictures were not clear on which holes to use but with a little common sense it doesn't take long and is relatively easy to assemble. It's very sturdy. It was delivered the next day in a big box with a picture of it right on the box. It was easy to remove the pieces and packaged clearly labeled for assembly. I went into the store and sat in all the display models. Then I thought about it and ordered it online. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Comfy but it feels like it’s trying to dump me out

Very well padded and comfortable but the chair feels like it’s tipped forward very slightly so it feels like it’s trying to dump me out unless I’m leaning back which I don’t do often.
