This chair is very comfortable. I have a lousy lower back and it provides the support I need. I’m only deducting 1 star because after assembly it sits a little off balance. Not the base but the back. I’m tried adjusting it with no success. I doubt anyone would notice if I didn’t point it out but it drives me nuts. I’m still happy with my purchase.
