I love my chair! It is so comfortable but I do have to call the 800 number because my plastic covers were broken! It is understandable since it is plastic but the chair itself was better than I expected!

Bought two of these chairs for our office. They are very comfortable although slightly large for our office space. Assembly was fairly straight forward. One arm rest had a broken attachment holding on the leather arm. I contacted Customer Support and they immediately shipped out a replacement. Great service. Overall a very nice chair for the price.

Pros: The chair is a little bigger than expected. So extra roomy is good for some people! I have less back aches at the end of the day which was my goal when I purchased this chair. It is comfortable. Cons: I've had it just under 2 months and one arm padding has come loose (not repairable) and it has the awfullest squeak at all times whether you are in it and move or move it while not sitting in it.

Chair was of resonate quality for the price. During assembly it was hard to properly align and install the bolts especially for the back. Allen wrench was somewhat hard to use with one hand. Finally used my plumbers Allen tench with a “T” handle. Tilt adjustment did not allow enough tilt back without a lot of resistance.
