Arrived on time packaged safely. I was a little worried when I saw I needed to put it COMPLETELY together but each piece precisely labeled instructions very clear totally idiot proof so I had absolutely no difficulty and even tool needed was included. The leather is soft the chair very very comfortable good looking and not your ho hum desk chair especially in the grey. Would absolutely recommend.

I already had one so I knew it was a nice chair so when I saw it on sale I immediately ordered another one. It is so comfortable I plan on using both of them for living room chairs. Since it's on wheels I can just roll it out of the way to clean the floor.
