Replacing Parts Too Often

Three years into ownership and Staples makes you jump through hoops before they will honor the warranty. You need to have the original receipt - regardless of the fact that I've had to call to replace parts before. Doesn't matter if the manufacturing date tag on the bottom of the chair shows it is well within the original warranty period. This is aside from the fact that both the seat and one of the arms have needed to be replaced already on a lightly used chair.

Very comfortable! I stay in it 6-8 hours day! Roomy and very sleek! I ordered online but when I went into store it was 10$ cheaper than online price so be sure to check store too!
