This chair was one of the hardest chair to put together. Putting the seat and the back together was not a one person job. It is so confusing and very time consuming. Do not buy unless you like complicated instructions

Six months after purchase the chair suddenly sunk to it's lowest height. The gas/pneumatic cylinder is done. I can raise the chair but it instantly sinks all the way down. The chair is weighted up to 275 lbs I weigh 145 lbs. I sit in this chair only a couple times a week for approximately two hours. This was a total waste of money.

I loved the color & the high back of this chair. And it looks quite plush & comfy. However it is not comfortable at all!! The one I got was defective it leaned to the right & the seat was broken. Also the back lock is awful even when locked straight up it still leans back quite a bit. The cushion under your bum is almost non existent & its like sitting on cardboard all day. Also I have wide hips & the arms of the chair dug into my legs all day. I used the chair for 2 days & that was good for me. Took it back apart & returned it & bought the "Staples Osgood Bonded Leather HighBack Managers Chair". That chair was a million times more comfortable than this one.

The chair was not as big seated as i expected and it not as sturdy feeling as i thought it would be. I am going to keep the chair but i will be looking to some other supplier if i have to get another chair in the future.
