Having chair picked up in weymouth store instead of Braintree was a nightmare. I was told the chair would be ready next day. Great. Got email that evening that stated there was no chair and a check would be refunded. I called Weymouth store and chair was no where to be found. Next day I get email chair is ready. Lots of confusion
