This chair was pretty simple to put together however it seems the back is slightly crooked compared to the seat. I tried installing the arms 3 more times and it didn’t matter. (No one would Probably notice but me). It’s comfortable HOWEVER it doesn’t sit upright all the way. It leans back slightly. Even when you lock the tilt the chair still moves a couple inches at least. If you plan to use this to relax back in more it’s not an issue. For me I’m going to have to get a lower lumbar support pillow. I’m 5’8” btw and the height of the chair is amazing. At the highest my feet are on my tip toes. So I do have to lower it. Never had that happen before. lol

This chair has a high back to provide good support. I like the gray color because it lightens up the space. I didn't give 5 stars because it is a little "squeaky" when tilted back.

This chair is great! I love its lumbar support and high back. It also is cushy on the tooshy. I put this together mostly with ease. I did have to get a replacement arm and the company was easy to work with and Fedexed the arm to me quickly. I definitely recommend this chair!
