This chair is incredibly comfortable and the quality of the leather is quite good considering the price point. It continues to get more and more noisy though. Leaning back I get a pretty substantial "clunk" that seems to get worse with time. I have re-torqued bolts but it doesn't seem to matter. Additionally there are trim pieces that are supposed to snap into the arm sections. These don't like to stay in place and because they are press-fit plastic I'm afraid to nudge them with a hammer. Aesthetically this chair really is beautiful and comfortable but the noise it makes is increasingly annoying.

Unfortunately I had to have a replacement for the original order 6 out of the 8 fasteners would not re-tighten but they were flawless on getting me a replacement and arranging for the return. I checked the replacement chair today and found only one that would not really tighten back up I am going to live with that. The chair itself is very comfortable and has received a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. This was a replacement for one similar that I had for over 5 years. If this last that long I will be Happy.
