This chair is stylish well constructed and comfortable. If you need a manager chair for interviewing people talking on the phone etc this is a good choice. If you need to do a lot of typing and mousing because you are a writer coder graphic artist etc get a task chair. This one doesn't have good back support for an upright posture and the arms interfere with typing. Regarding the assembly procedure: they tell you to put the castors on first. They should go on last otherwise the chair will roll around as you try to attach the back which is difficult enough when the chair stays in one place.

I like the chair the padding is nice but I wish it had more lumbar or more adjustments. The price range is ok overall it is way better then our old chair

Got this chair for my home office since I have to work from now. This Staples Mcallum Bonded Leather Manager Chair is SO comfortable and actually very easy to assemble!! I highly recommend this chair!! And the next day delivery option is the best!!! Thank you Staples!!!
