Unfortunately I had to have a replacement for the original order 6 out of the 8 fasteners would not re-tighten but they were flawless on getting me a replacement and arranging for the return. I checked the replacement chair today and found only one that would not really tighten back up I am going to live with that. The chair itself is very comfortable and has received a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. This was a replacement for one similar that I had for over 5 years. If this last that long I will be Happy.

This chair was pretty simple to put together however it seems the back is slightly crooked compared to the seat. I tried installing the arms 3 more times and it didn’t matter. (No one would Probably notice but me). It’s comfortable HOWEVER it doesn’t sit upright all the way. It leans back slightly. Even when you lock the tilt the chair still moves a couple inches at least. If you plan to use this to relax back in more it’s not an issue. For me I’m going to have to get a lower lumbar support pillow. I’m 5’8” btw and the height of the chair is amazing. At the highest my feet are on my tip toes. So I do have to lower it. Never had that happen before. lol

This chair has a high back to provide good support. I like the gray color because it lightens up the space. I didn't give 5 stars because it is a little "squeaky" when tilted back.
