The chair is great. However I couldn’t get it to lean back as much as I did in the showroom. Which is really what sold me on it. You see when I edit video I like to kick back put my feet on the desk when I watch the edited. Version like an audience member would see it. Maybe over time it will give a little more. I tried listening the front screws on the base but that felt unstable. I also unscrewed the front tensioner as much as possible. Half tempted to return it but I gave the box to someone that was moving. Honestly not that big a deal. Btw service was excellent and I wanted to compliment the guys that helped me but I couldn’t figure out the survey on the website.

The chair is sound and pleasant to look at. However the plastic covers that cover the bolt holes were a little defective. The large covers lost their grip and keep sticking out and I brook a little one when I installed it. I asked for new ones from Staples Protection some time ago but have not received them as of yet. Overall a comfy chair.

I'm teleworking from home during this COVID quarantine and I'm at my desk/computer for at least 9 hours a day and what I'm sitting on is very important. I spent over $300 buying two other chairs and gave both away because within an hour or two it hurt to sit. I bought the gray one and it looks great but even more importantly this chair is comfortable very comfortable. I'm not a small person but my hips fit between the cushiony arm rests there is a little bit of a lower lumbar support while the rest of the back gives me a comfortable and secure feeling when I lean back. Finally the seat for me the most important part.....amazing!!! I have to force myself to get up to take a break!! A beautiful chair at a great price that is really making it easier to focus on my job all because I no longer have to worry about comfort!!

Beautiful looking chair sturdy... but the seat if very hard—especially in the middle area where it almost feels like a bump. Not comfortable to sit on for long periods.

I bought a chair from Staples a year ago and it didn't hold the height; it kept lowering itself as I sat in it. I thought maybe it was old so I purchased a new one this year. Same thing-while sitting in it the chair will start to lower itself. Very disappointing!
