Assembly was difficult because the holes for the Bolts for the bottom were not lined up properly. We had to use a drill to relocate the holes so we could finish the assembly.

It was super easy to put together. Ultra comfy and fluffy. My only wish was that it would recline more. I have another office chair it reclines where you think you're falling. This recline is very abrupt and at an awkward spot. Other than that love it.

The chair is great. However I couldn’t get it to lean back as much as I did in the showroom. Which is really what sold me on it. You see when I edit video I like to kick back put my feet on the desk when I watch the edited. Version like an audience member would see it. Maybe over time it will give a little more. I tried listening the front screws on the base but that felt unstable. I also unscrewed the front tensioner as much as possible. Half tempted to return it but I gave the box to someone that was moving. Honestly not that big a deal. Btw service was excellent and I wanted to compliment the guys that helped me but I couldn’t figure out the survey on the website.
