Pros: This chair is very comfortable - much better than my old broken down one. There is plenty of padding. I like that it's wider than my old chair as well. It's nice that you can either lock the back so it's upright or unlock so you can rock back a little. It's good to take a mid-day stretch. Cons: it was tough to put together. I was fine until I got to the putting the back on. I would recommend having two people there for that. I struggled but finally got it after some fighting. And while it's comfortable when I go to sit down it makes a noise - basically the air going out of the cushion I guess. It's annoying but at least it's comfortable.

Overall a decent chair but assembly was a bit of a pain. All of the hardware was well labeled but getting the screws started on the handles and back were a little difficult mainly because the chair wouldn’t stay stationary. A second person to hold the base steady would make assembly much easier.
